mmexportimport.us is a product of M & M Export Import LLC, an export and import company located in the United States which provides assistance in purchasing vehicles within US to people living in foreign countries. The website is a system consisting of a network of independent dealers located all over US, grouped and managed by MM Export Import LLC.
3 - What kind of vehicles does M&M Export Import LLC work with?
We carry all kinds of export and import vehicles. In www.mmexportimport.us listings, you will find vehicles recovered by theft, loss, flood, used without any history of damage, new with zero mileage. These characteristics apply to all categories, whether trucks, machinery, imported vehicles.
4 - Who owns the vehicles in the inventory?
The vehicles in our inventory are owned by independent dealers, which are audited by a qualified person of our company who checks their commercial authenticity, ensures that their documentation and registration are up to date with government agencies, and controls that the vehicles offered in our inventory meet the requirements for export. The vast majority of these dealers have a long-time business relationship with M & M Import Export LLC.
6 Is mmexportimport.us an auction system?
Absolutely not.. There are no auctions in our website and we have no connection with any auction entity. Mmexportimport.us implements a direct buy system; ie, the price you see is the price you pay. We buy from trustable companies or from companies of your choice.
7 Who can buy vehicles?
Anyone, who is at least 18 years old, from anywhere in the world, is entitled to purchase at our company.
10 Why do I have to pay subscription and how much is this fee?
M & M Export Import LLC takes business seriously. The subscription fee is proof that you are also serious about making business with us. In that way, our time is being spent on real customers and you are always guaranteed to have a sales representative assisting you in the whole buying process.
12 - What service is included in my membership and how long my suscription lasts?
Generally, membership is renewed annually, except on special promotions which may be obtained by a single payment for an indefinite period. Depending on the plan or promotion to which you subscribe to, you can access the services of assisted purchasing, get the best ground and maritime transport rates, purchase parts at very low prices, or any other product in the automotive industry supplier located within the United States.
14 - As an active member, will I be able to see another inventory?
We have two inventories: one online, which is publicly available, and an internal one. Our whole inventory is so large that it is impossible for us to load this large amount of data to a web server. As an active user, you have access to your personal customer area in our website where you can request a service of your choice. Our system will not only forward this request directly to your accounts agent, but it will also enter it in our internal database which holds approximately 40,000 choices. The information is then filtered to find the best and most suitable deals for you and sent automatically to your email address for you to choose.
15 - What is the process i need to fulfill to be a buyer?
It only takes three simple steps: you fill up the subscription form, confirm the payment of your membership (you can do this in your personal customer area) and; finally, wait for one of our personal account agents to contact you.
16 - When can I buy and what time?
Our main office is open for live customer service at regular business hours in Miami, which is from 8am until 6pm. After this time, account agents may not be available to talk to you but you can leave a message to any of our personnel, leave a recorded message or you can email us with your inquiry or request. Your needs will be responded as soon as we get them. If what you need is to perform a purchase transaction, you can do it 24/7, 365 days using our automatized purchase system.
17 - Why I cannot see cars in the inventory tab?
If you cannot see all the pictures and details of a vehicle in the inventory sheet, it is recommended that you register in our website. Registration, as a first instance, does not require payment of membership fee, although vehicles might be displayed exclusively to members only.
18 - May include prices on inventory?
The prices shown in our inventory belong to the vehicles ONLY. These prices do not include land and/or maritime shipping, storage, or any other type of fee.
19 - How to I calculate the final price of my purchase?
In order to know the final price of your purchase, you will have to consider land and maritime shipping costs and add them to the price of the vehicle. All these costs will depend on where the vehicle you are purchasing is located and where it will be its final destination. Your agent will help you through the whole buying process.
24 - What is land transportation?
Ground transportation is, as its name implies, the movement of goods from one point to another. It may be from one city to another or from one state to another within the US territory.
25 - Who will make the necessary arrangements for shipping my vehicle?
As a buyer, you have the choice to make your own arrangements to ship the vehicle to your country, or you can choose our full service in which we make all the shipping arrangements for you. You just have to decide on whether to send the vehicle in its own container or consolidate it with other shipments.
28 - Do I have to pay extra to have technical data of the vehicle?
Yes. When we post a vehicle in our website, we post general technical reviews and observations of the vehicle as well. For an additional cost, you can request a special review of the vehicle and check for needed parts. (Note: this feature is available for active members only).
31. I will be visiting US very shortly, can I go and see your inventory?
If you are an active member of mmexportimport.com, you are more than welcome to visit our offices. Just make sure you make an appointment in advance, so we can accommodate our time to receive you. Remember, though, that you are not going to be able to see an inventory because we work with dealers located around US, but you might be able to see some of the vehicles bought for other members, which are waiting to be shipped to destination.
If you are not an active member at that point, you can pay your membership during that visit.
